I know it is something simple and probably costs like 5 bucks but i am spending alot fixing everything else...i guess i have a new car when i am done haha. Could this be a bad PCV valve?

Just make sure the lines on the cam gears are even and the "up" part is facing up in the same direction. They won't be "perfectly up" but you should be able to tell if they are off. They will kinda angle in at each other.
Another way(the better way)to tell is to take the valve coover off and take a look. The cams have alignment holes in them so that makes it easy. Set the crank to TDC and make sure you can stick a pin in the alignment holes on the cams. I would take a picture for you if my valve cover was off.

Re:ZC Very hard to start when cold
ok updated list of crap i have tried now.
Replaced alot of visual wires int he engine bay with corrosion on them, replaced both batter cables and all lines assosiated with batter and made that battery look like new, gunked out the engine bay just for good measure. put a new pg7 ecu in that bitch. Problem seems to have gone away, not sure if it will come back or not we will see later today i guess....There was ALOT of corrsion on come of the wires though, so maybes i was getting a bad connection somewhere...i replaced/and or cleaned up alot of them!
