So lets say that when your finally warms up the fuel that is coming in is cold and it meets the warm/ hot intake manifold it will expand making it atomize better but not like it should. Clean your injectors. I don't know how but with fuel injector cleaner. Worth a shot.
It sounds like something simple, but maybe you should start double checking the stuff you already replaced.

If you're OBD1 I'll ship you a set of stock injectors for like $7 and you can have a spare set if that doesn't fix it.
It's hard to say without hearing it in person. Any smoke? What does the exhaust smell like? Any mods? Boosted or N/A?

ok so i had it checked out the fuel pump is bad.......but after talking with the mechanic guy he thinks i may have just kinked a line since i just replaced it. So tonight the fuel tank gets dropped to inspect for a kink i hope1 
that fuel pump has under 1k on it! damnit! Also the Fuel inject buss relay is going out......what the hell does that mean? least i know what it is now! hopefully i was just dumb and put a kink in the line somehow!

ok so I uncinked the line, it was a flexable one it was pressed against the body of the car.....so now problem is still there(the line didint looked "That" cinked). I really dont think it is the fuel pump when i turn the key to the on spot you can here it whir for a second then shot off like it has pressure......so my next question is what is the "fuel ingeect buss relay"? they said that was also going bad.,......so i will replace this in my next effort! Any ideas or links on what it is and where i can get one... i FOund something called a ignition power relay.....would that be it?

If your fuel pump kicks on and it cranks over, it won't be your main relay. I don't know WTF that other thing is?
