i personally would not spend the time to set it up with that high of c/r if you're going to boost. I believe in the power of the d15, i mean i have a boosted b2, but seriously look into forged internals on a d16 or something.

I'm sure he can find someone in his area with a wideband or a dyno. Not that hard to do.
Grow a ------- pair of *****. 8lbs isn't ----, especially on only 9.8:1.

Yeah, i mean you can run 8 pounds on a stock b2 bottom end...if you wanna crazy retard your timing to keep from blowin your ringlands apart Hell, i used to run a 13.5:1 d-series on pump gas and toulene, but i still ended up retarding the timing a good deal even without any boost, just to keep it from blowing apart. If you want to run higher boost numbers, build the bottom end instead and use the built z6 head. Then you can run your 8 pounds all day, but i'm just sayin that i've seen what those bottom ends can do, and stock is not that good on those. They have the weakest rods, cranks, and pistons compared to a a6 or z6. You ever take a look at those rods man? I've seen twizzlers thicker than those things

Pistons are flat-tops, but still are just as weak as any honda piston. I'm not doubting the crank at all, one of my friends runs a b7 crank up to 8200 rpm every day for the past 9 months now. He's gettin a little bit of knock in his bottom end though now. I personally just feel better with a thicker journal on my crank like an a6 or z6.
