It will fit on the Z6 head, i remember reading something about a couple of sensors being diffrent sine the y8 is obd-2 but you can make it work.

I have a y8 mani on my z6 in my crx. everything fits but make sure you use a new gasket because the water ports are off and if your gasket is shitty, you will get leaks (i found that out). also, you have to cap off like a 3/8 coolant line and a couple of vacuum lines. lastly, you have to get/wire in a 96+ civic IAT wire to intake pipe because this manifold does not have a hole for the sensor.

make u u also get the Y8 fuel rail with regulator, u will have to use ur stock Z6 injector + o ring.
use oem Z6 or Y8 IM gasket.
extand the IAT sensor.
buy a longer hose for the fuel pressure regulator and PCV
there will be no space to mount the EPAV (spell:b), u will have to zip tie it on the fire wall.
u will have to use the Y8 TB bracket( or flip over ur stock Z6 one), it will be sitting too far and u will have to move it closer by using only one of the mountaing bolt.
if u want to keep the Im brace use the Y8 one.
