i turn my key on to prime the pump and leave the key there you can hear the IACV making a low humm/buzz... IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN MY USDM P30 is plugged in.. when i plug my chipped P05 in it doesnt do it... i have never had one do this before.. or at least never noticed it before...

P30 does it with the chip, and with the jumper cut... (for some reason i cant get any chips to work right now, just getting solid CEL)

oh i also unplugged the IACV and it obviously stops, and plugged another one in and it would do the same thing...

what you thought some little gremilin in the ECU did all that?
