that was b16a rods on supra pistons.

they need to be machined, some guy sells them for 400$ USD complete on honda tech.

imo i would just buy some eagles for 350 and leave the pistons.

leave the pistons? ya right.. cast pistons are pretty prone to cracking. Stock cast can only go so far. Plus the pins that come with the eagle rods are not a press fit, so you would have to get some new press pins, resize the rod ends to get them to work. Most Forged pistons use floating pins, with snap rings on the ends.

Do it right, or dont do it

88-89 integra or zc rods, are the same as d16a6 rods... so no benefit.

86-87 rods are slightly thicker, but I dont know how much hp they can support compared to a stock d rod. They should be bolt in as far as I know.

I bought some 95 Integra LS rods, and they have the same stroke as the D16 so they are the same. Also you will have to add a bushing to the rod so the piston could fit, and the rod ends will have to be shaved so it will fit in the crank. When I compared the D16 and the Ls rods, boy what a difference alot thicker. People sells this rods real cheap, I remember I bought my rods with only 30,000 miles when the guy decided to built his engine, I got it all for $40 shipped.
