When running your DSM 450s wich is better for the hack. A V-AFC or a S-Afc. I am asking because I will be running a rhb5 on my d15b7 Non vtec and without vtec why use a vtec controler?

 

exactly. a vafc has the option to change your vtec settings. so if you dont have vtec just get an safc

 

in case you decide to do a mini me or buy a vtec motor...

 

both an v-afc and s-afc have advantages other than the fact that ones a vtec controller. look at the rpm incriment adjustment and all of the specs. personally i would probably buy the v-afc and a vtec head to make some real power gains.

 

I run a VAFC on my non vtec Integra because you get twice as many adjustment points compared to the SAFC. Either will work fine, just ignore the vtec wires when using the VAFC.
