wich itbs on my setup?
hello, i am new here. i was wondering wich throttle bodies of the gsxr would be best for my build?
i have a B16a sir II
itr exhaust cam
ctr intake cam
port flow retainers
itr valve springs
ctr pistons
buddy club cam gears
ngk wires and plugs
ported head
custom header

u all really help alot....
naw dip it says home made turbo... but i see a artical about itbs as the very first subject in this hybrid/tech section. i read it all but didn't find a answere that i was looking for.
so how bout some help...?

<200hp 40mm or thereabouts will be ok
200-250hp 42mm
>250hp 45mm
It is generally better to oversize but you will have idle mapping issues if the ITB's are too large.
Port matching is crucial in motorbike itb set ups. They won't do much to increase hp but they will improve midrange torque and do give a lovely noise.

yea i planed on getting them ported... can i use the size jeff used?

i would def used higher comp pistons if you staying all motor, i know you probly got the ctr's because there cheap but if you really want to make power your gonna have to get higher then 10.8:1
