isnt that because the map sensor is picking up boost....try some of them check valves....or get a "missing link"....you can get that on ebay....them check valves i heard looked funny but heh it works and is pretty cheap...you can get them at a fish supply store.

 

Missing link/check valves wont work with an AFC.The missing link/check valvees drop/lose presure so that the map doesnt read it therefore keeping map voltage low.The AFC does the same so if you use both I think all would go to ----.

 

what are the correction values on the afc. Also what are the initial settings??
