hey guys i just got back my internet wansnt working so im back and i read all your replay so am i fucked wiht this set up cuz i took it to the machine shop about 1 1/2 weeks ago and now they just getting to it and they want the piston the cylinder wall clearance cuz honda says one size and the suzuki says a diffrent number (vitaras are suzuki pistons) so guys can you tell me wat the clearence should be should i just go wiht the suzukis specs cuz thats wat i told the machine shop and no they want me to find out wat it supposed to be...and one more question so i shouldent run any more than like 13psi on that 1mm over bore since it weakens my sleeves so bad?

id use the suzuki specs for piston to wall, they are based off of what the piston is made out of. (thermal expansion)

THANKS BUT I CANT BORE SO ANY MORE YOU SAID D SLEEVES IZ WEAK SAUCE COME ON GUYS DONT DISAPOINT ME IN THIS BUILD (SOHCPWR TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD KEEP IT BELOW 250 HP..) I JUST GOT THE MOTOR BAK AND I WAS CLEARING THE BOTTOM OF THE SLEEVE WITH A GAY DEMEAL FROM HARBOR FRIGHT FOR THE BIG ASS H BEAM RODS BABY!! ANY WAYS THE DUDE AT THE SHOP SET EM UP THIGHT TO HONDA SPECS .0016... SO IT WONT SOUND LIKE A DIESEL TRUCK IN THE MORNING..LOL. ... OH AND YOU SAID TO RUN THE BIG CLEARANCE FOR THE THERMAL EXPANSION ITS NOT SO THIS IS A LONG STROKE ENGINE AND IT WILL MAKE THE PISTON BOUNCE AROUND THATS TOO MUCH CLEARANCE.. THATS WHY IT SCRACHED OR SOMTING THE CYLINDER WALL ON THAT DUDES CIVIC AFTER 7000 MILES HE SAID SO SOMWERE IN THE FORUM THAT ONE THAT 405 WHP BALCK 4DR WIHT IDAHO PLATES RAN 11.43 OR SOMETHING... CAN REMEMBER HIS NAME...

heres my motor build pics and a few pics of the melted piston owned by lean mixture lean=bad thats wat happens when you try to get good fuel l economy out of a turbo... without tunning using a chocalte face method turn down the fuel psi.. with a china eGay 30$ fpr!

so far the highest ive seen with that setup is 405 whp... arp headstuds, vitaras, and eagle rods. no filling the block, no posting, no nothing. I think he was pushing 25psi. i heard of him from fjt.

he posted it on here also, read somewhere that he sold the car and is starting a new project. but yeah the record for highest HP on vitaras is 405. me and a friedn are putting together a build and tryign to stay as cheap as possible and beat his numbers just to see hwo cheap it could be done for.
