What is stroke and How do i measure it??

I belive stroke is the legnth of the rod? im not sure. i need to know.? Thanks

stroke is how much the pistons goes up and down

like when ur beating off, you are "stroking it" ahah, its all about the stroke.

in more detail.. er, of proper "stroke" not the kind turbo90accord4dr likes is the distance travelled by the piston between BDC and TDC. (bottom dead centre and top dead centre).

In otherwords. when the piston is at its lowest point of travel measure the distancec between the top of the piston and the top of the block. The with the same piston at its tallest point of travel measure the difference again and find the difference between the two. Thats stroke.
