how to measure v aband clamp size

Default how to measure v aband clamp size
i got a new turbo that uses a v band clamp style flange. i have the clamp but i need to get a flange for the down pipe...

do i measure the ID (just the hole) or the OD (the enitire flange) to know what size i need to buy?

It stands to reason that the other side would be the same as the flange that's on the housing.. measure it and you're good to go. The entire V-Band should come off so you can measure it.
