I've scrapped the turbo system in favor of a hopefully more reliable minime setup on D15B2. what pistons swap in to up the compression on these blocks? thanks

if ur using stock rods check ebay for the nippon racing zc domed pistons

remember to be careful of deck height, not all d-series pistons are the same clearance. It's easier to put on a head with smaller combustion chambers than to actually change out the pistons... get a y8 or y7 head and you'll be happy.

Don't even mess with that block and different pistons. Just get a y8 headgasket and take a layer out and mill a y8 or a y7 head and get some flattop valves.

The D16a1 pistons (p29) are the same as the JDM ZC(pm7) ones.

unfortunately, the D15 has a different deck height then the D16s, SO in order to swap them over, I'm pretty sure you need to swap in the JDM D15b crank and rods. Nobody knows for sure yet, cause its never been done (to my knowledge)

Bah, just VX rods and P29's on a D15B7 crank

about 11.8-12.0 compression with a big chamber A6/B7 head.

It will work nicely with the HUGE Crane cam.
