What internals should I get?
I got my setup on about 2 months ago but it wasn't tuned right so it screwed my rods and rings,now it blows smoke. Anyway now I've got about $2500 to buy ---- with(rings,rods,pistons,head studs,and all the gaskets)some of which is going for a FMIC and labor plus machine work.What I need from you guys is the best and cheapest place/website to get all this stuff.Thanks. By the way I'd like to go with JE pistons and Eagle rods.I've got a D16Z6.

also try to get the sleeves done, that will definatly help you from cracking them and blowing more ----! plus since your doing everything else to the block, you should do this too while your at it to save time and more money. just my 2cents..
