without taking a valve out its kind of hard to tell.
the dual valve springs on both intake and exhaust. suggest itr.
the 2000 stamp usually refers to a 2001 car. so that would suggest itr.

yes, all b16/typr rs fit up, and it might be fom a 99-00si civic, or a itr... depends on valvtrain, and im just sayin if it comes with a red valve cover where the vtec simbole is bigger than the dohc its a vtec valve cover

I installed a 00 civic si head and it had pr3-4 stamped on it

I'ive read that the itr has green paint in back of the distributor hole.

with a red valve cover sounds like a type r to me. I have a 99 si head and that also has the pr3 code stamped on it but if that is the stock valve cover def a type r should look pretty smothed out in the exaust ports as well if it is a itr it's the same head as the b16 just factory ported
