I wish I could sync my timing. I have an auto f22 block and a manual tranny. on auto's the timing sight is on the flexplate and on manuels the sight is on the crank pulley So either way I have no block sight or no marks to shoot.

Oil pump with sensors is a ------- annoying and long job with the motor in the car, I know that firsthand too.

wellmy problem is the auto block doesn't have the sight on the front of the motor for the pulley marks. I figured by your post that the sight is on the oil pump. If thats the case I'm kind of forced to change it so I can set time.
The way Ive been tuning the car from day one has been watching for rising ect's and listening for det.
A few weeks ago I took everything out of the engine bay except for the block so I could clean everything up and paint everything since I put it back together I the cars ran weak. it doesn't respond to boost like it did. So Ive been tracking down the problem since tried a bunch of things. Now I want to try setting it to base time. I dunno what I did I'm just trying to figure it out. one thing at a time.
