umm that older engine law is only in cali.

I'm pretty sure it's a federal law, probably only inforced in cali, but I have an 88 so it's all chedder.

the y8,z6,and a6 blocks are all exactly the same. all 1.6 (exept dohc zc) are the same tottaly interchangable

Not true. There pistons are different, but they may all have the power limit.

Anyone know the the power limit of each block with factory interails ?

any d series internals will last up to like 220-240 hp, and your pushing it.

snapping a rod wouldlnt be any fun.
