Re: vtec help
not trying to confuse him, a buddy of mine wired his up that way!!!!!!!!!!
no fumbling for a toggle switch, it's right under your thumb, hands never leave the steering wheel...........
You do need both hands on the wheel when the MASSIVE VTAK! kicks in!!!!!!!!

Re: vtec help
or if you wanna go another way little more complex but better over all although you really should get the right ecu and wiring harness for the proper fuel and timming, you can always get a rpm controller from summit racing for like 50 bucks and then a 12v relay to switch the negitive ground to a positive voltage this way will allow it to turn on automaticaly at what ever rpm you want it to unlike the ther rpm controllers that msd and such provide cheaper and more effiecent worked well for me in my mini me setup well good luck anyway I did do the toggle switch way for about 6 months sucks go with the RPM SWITCH! well enjoy VTACK YO

Re: vtec help
sorry I don't have pics I swaped out for a ls/vtec instead a while back with the proper harness and ecu it's probably pretty easy with the msd setup just find a rpm signal I used the blue wire on my dizzy and splice into that for the rpm signal then just need your postive and negative to run the controler all thats left is to plug the activated positive signal into the vtec solinoide thats if msd uses a postive signal for the switch. thing that I thought sucks about the msd setups is to setup different rpm's you have to go out and buy a pill for the rpm you want. ohh and if it is designed for a v8 devide the rpm by half. good luck sorry I don't have pics if you search the web for the little crx that could or something like that there is a page on how to wire them in super easy.
