Vitara Wrist pins into Eagle rods
I'm putting vitaras on eagle rods and the wrist pins wont go thru the rod ends smoothly..
Now i know u can do the heating and the freezing to make em go in but this is supposed to be a full floating setup so the heating wont be a good idea after it settles down and hug eachother tighter than my ***** and a teenage vagina.
Am i missing something? was i supposed to get different wrist pins? bore out the rod end?
Thanks in advance

Machining is often needed on the rods to handle aftermarket pins. A brake cylinder hone does the job nicely.

Yes, it gets the job done.
No, it's not the right way to do it.
