valve replacement

can anyone lead me to a guide how to install new valves is it hard can i do this on my own any help will be greatly appreciated thanx

buy a manual for your engine/car and flip to the writeup on "valve removal and installation." The only advise I can give you is get a good spring compressor, it will save you loads of time.
