Default Timing problems

Hey I just swapped out the cam seal on my b18a and I totally fucked the timing up, and i was wonderin if anybody could tell me how i could get the timing set back on the engine please help

Try the service manual or the links posted on here. And i hope u didn't try crankin it over if it's way out of time.

just crank the pulley till the one mark by itself lines up with the mark on the cover. turn the cam gears so both are pointing up well not straight up since the motor doesnt sit straight up. just match the lines to the head so the up on the cam gear is perpendicular to the head and the timing belt should just slide right in. i hope this helps. i just have a hard time trying to explain stuff. but i think that should be cool. good luck.
