O.K mini-me swap done but the Dx cam gear is the same size as the EX one on the head should I change out the timing belt or just use an 88-91 Si tminge gear because its 2 teeth bigger for a fact....(belt is bigger than the on mini-me the DX)

 

I just used an ex belt on mine. One thing i did notice was the position of the cam changes over the dx. Dx gear sits more towards the front of the motor, and the EX sits towards the middle. Definately use the EX belt though. It's also smaller belt size.

 

just use the ex one. its the one i have allways used and never had problem yet.
