Default swapped harness now ---- not workin right

97 CX hatch w/ B18c1
-I believe Ecu is a Skunk chipped P 72
I swapped my engine harness w/ the one I got back from Rywire. Everything seems to be plugged back in. I put in a new O2 sensor and connected it as well.
I had to redo the injector clips , by using my old clips that plug to Black (thin top) of injectors.

The ---- starts, but when I give it gas it chokes and dies. Any suggestions, since the car ran before swapping harnesses? Help a noob out GURUs.

I do have a CEL. I reset ECU multiple times, and as soon as i start car up it pops. I know this is a noob question, but would the car even start if injector wiring may have gotten connected wrong way? I am pretty sure that all the wiring for injectors are correct as I swapped them one at a time.

I think you have to find the answers to the above questions first. ^^

Also, skunk IM or gsr? which injectors?

thanks for replies guys. I connected the wires to the service connector and checked the CEL. It came up with a 1 ( Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction). I ended up swapping some connectors around around, and it got rid of the CEL. Im a noob and this is my first engine harness swap :1

So now when I start the car it would run, but its running rough. When I give it gas it kills it. I was wondering if i need to get my ECU rechipped since it did not have all of the sensors connected before i put in the Rywire harness. The ECU is a Spoon Chipped p28 ( disregard my noobness on earlier post of p 72 w/ Skunk).

I know nothing about chipping ECUs, but this is the chip thats inside. Is this a reburnable chip?

Spoon chip is bullshit.

What the hell is really in your ecu.

"spoon chips" are usually generic ebay crap basemaps. You should probably pay xeno or anyone else with a bit of tuning competence to send you a new chip with a proper basemap
