thanks for the advice im goin to try to clean the throttle up as soon as it stops raining!

adjust and/or replace throttle cable.

That was happening with mine. i just ended up cleaning the TB out. There was a bunch of build-up keeping it from closing tight when I just let off the throttle normally. Cleared everything up.
