On a serious note, what gear are you trying to do this in... 3rd or 5th? Either way it won't happen. 4th is the only chance of going faster than 100 in a stock Honda. Well yeah I'm kind of half-serious half-joking.

 

make sure the injectors are staying on. If there clicking alot it means the ecu isnt giving a steady signal.
order another ecu for it and see if that helps

 

If anybody asks now or later. Its an automatic... In D4 (gear). My engine does make a clickin noise (i think its comin from under the valve cover)

The problem: FWD automatics are garbage.

 

you already answered the ? in your ? its a stock 95 civic and it probually takes you a full minute to get to 100mph

 

You have a few options:
1. Sell that ---- and get a manual/real car
2. 5 speed swap
3. nitrous
4. drive off a cliff

I personally suggest 4.
