Default Stroking a D15

can you stroke a d15 using a d16 or even D17 rods
what about the cranks.. can swap them out and stroke the engine...

some on got the lengths of each of the rods.. D15,D16,D17
what about the cranks can there be any benefit from swaping cranks out.. like using a D17 crank on a D15.

on what rods..

The cranks are not even close. Major machining would need to be done. Better off just finding a d16 block. They are dime a dozen.

The only way your going to stroke it is by cutting or welding the crank, pain in the *** and has to be custom. Makes things a lot more expensive. Not worth it unles your looking for extreame performance ( perhaps a drag car? ) Good luck,
Matt
