My timing tensioner pulley is now not working because the block is stripped out. its aluminum and in the car. how do i go about fixing this? Heli-coils pull engine to get to hole i need an answer that doesnt involve taking the eninge out of my car because i just put it in!!!>>> thanks-tom

 

I don't see a way around it. You might be able to get away with unbolting the motor mounts and jacking it up enough to get to it. Good luck.
