first off, you need to ask yourself.. how much money do you want to spend..

Forced induction or NA?

my brother and i make homemade exhaust, so i have a home made 2.5 inch mandrel bent exhaust and a homemade header(i wouldnt suggest this unless you have reasonable skill, it took me about 30 hours of crazy work), a homemade intake- copied an AEM style intake, and a whole lot of other bolt ons. these things make the car a lot more fun to drive, etc, but what i will be doing is a homemade turbo setup.......wait, what site is this, ah, i cant remember, there is a site about homemade turbo's somewhere...........maybe that is what you should do.

i know this is off the topic but i was just testing my car out and its a 90 ls integra and it cut out at 110, i was in 5th at around 5 thousand rpms, but i had the pedal the the floor for about a min and it wouldn't go any fast. Also one thing it maybe my speedometer cable was fucked up when i bought it and so put some lube in it and now it has stopped screeching but i'm wondering if that might have anything to do with it stopping b/c i think i might of been going faster than 110 thats why i think this

you're car should go far faster than 110, mine used to go well into the 130's, and not sure if the speedo was right, got it going 142 one time. but think of the real safety in that.
How fast do you wanna go? If you wanna go turbo, then you will be plenty quick, but in my old 90 GS I hit 14.89 with I/H/E, race cat and MSD. pretty close to 1g in upgrades. One thing you should really consider doing is replacing the clutch, that is one thing I never did and wish I would have.
