Why don't you check and see if you're getting fuel or spark, and then you tell us. I love how people just keep throwing parts at a problem they havn't even tried to narrow down.

spray some carb cleaner into the intake, if it starts its a fuel problem, if it doesnt its somthing else

I just replaced the fuel pump so its not the fuel pump. I got an extra ICM to put in and well see if it works or not

the thing is that im working on the car by myself. my friends is either working or on vacation. so i have no help to turn the ignition on or trying to crank the car for me. So what can i do? Ill do what i can.

It keeps on cranking and not able to start. I tried replacing the igniter, ICM, Rotor and caps on the dizzy, replaced spark plugs, spark plugs wires, replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, replaced it with another P28 ECU. Theres spark and theres fuel.

I did a compression test and it was 180 across each cylinder. Check all the wiring connections to see if it was cut or unplugged. Everything seems ok. Wasnt sure what else am i suppose to check for because I think i basically checked everything i can think of.

You timing might have shifted. Rotate crankshaft until piston 1 is at TDC. Examine timing marks. I presume the timing has been retarded too much. Remove timing belt (just slide it off the cam sprocket) and retard cam timing by about one tooth (rotate cam sprocket towards the front of the car i.e your left if facing the cam sprocket). Reinstall timing belt and start engine.

FYI...the power steering hose runs across the cam sprocket so, to get more room to remove/reinstall the timing belt, just losen the bolts (12mm) on the pump and push the hose down.

Let me know what happens.

I was about to say timing. My boy just blew his timing belt and got the same results. I would check that IMO.
