ok heres my problem once the cars running for a while and is at operating temp. steam starts coming out of the over flow tank and it doesnt over heat acording to my dash gauge and my after market gauge which are not using the same sending unit i have new pump,thermostat all new hoses and i bleed the radiator so is it that the system has a block some where and needs to be flushed or change radiator ,or the cap any help is appreciated thanks

 

Replace the cap.
