Why don't you hook up the p28 and try that? Honestly you should have your car setup with the motor and ecu combo you want to run when boosted first, make sure all the bugs and issues are worked out, and then boost it.

 

thats what i am doing. comprehending owns you. I did a z6 swap. BEFORE I BOOST, i need to fix this issue.

 

Go rent a timing light, if your car feels like it's being held back at high rpm it's because it's a vtec head and you're running low cam all the time, it's a stock cam, it's optimised for low rpm operation -- airflow up top is gonna suck.
