With the new rings on hand, and my trusty spring hone, it could be done, but that's going to require probably the whole weekend non stop. Or you could just bring the block to me and I'll have it done in 2 hours.
Leave the block assembled until you bring it though.

just pop the head off, drop the oil pan, pop the pistons/rods out from the top, throw a little hone in the cylinders, throw some new rings on the pistons, and slap them back in there. if you have everything you needj on hand and don't have to go searching/waiting for ----, it shouldn't take more than about 5-6 hours.

yeah, they really aren't so low that you would notice much of a power loss especially if it happened gradually over time, just get some smoke. do you smell burning oil in the car with the vents open when you notice the smoke out the exhaust? you sure it's even oil?

im sure it is. i was behind my brother a few days ago and he gunned it. and it didnt start smoking till about after 4k. blue smoke. you can smell it after you push the car. driving normally it doesnt smell. and also when i pulled out my plugs. they were white. which im assuming its lean as hell. i will take a picture of one a little bit later and post it up. put some oil in number 2 cylinder and did a compression test that way and it shot up to 200 . what are ls motors supposed to be at?

the pics clearly show. i mean clearly show something is fucked up somewhere. how could the car be running so damn lean? i havent changed the spark plugs. im thinking i will anyways since its fucked up.

first your #'s arent horrible nor good but anything below 150 is gonna show some wear and burn oil. You most likely have a clog somewhere in your fuel system. Have you ever replaced the fuel filter? Do you have a stcok or aftermarket fpr. What is your fuel pressure set at?
