Default Single cam stroker build

I have been talking with friends about building a stroker single gam. The I basic idea in the build is to bore out a z6 to a 1.7 and put the crank, rods, and pistongs off of a d17 vtec. I would like to see what you guys think of this, is it possible to do this. What do you guys see as being the output of this build.

I think this guy's more or less going by the old adage "There's no replacement for displacement". Unfortunately in this case the .1 liters obtained would make very minimal gains if any. Also would probably leave your cylinder walls thinner than they already are. Stroker motors are usually made to produce torque...unfortunately honda motors are not well known for this in n/a form. High rpm is where they produce their best power. Look at Bizi's 1.5 liter, perfect example. (Even though it's not really a 1.5 any more with all the machine work done :1)
