Default Shifting in my B18/CRX Project

Anybody having weird feelings about shifting in this type of swap?

I just recently installed my customized shift linkage for my CRX/B18A swap, and I noticed that the shifting felt weird, like when you place the gear in first, it feels like it doesn't stay in place. Almost like it won't stay in first. I couldn't tell if it's in first gear or third...

Is this common?

NO I mean, the linkage was already made for my swap. I didn't cut it up and weld it together...

Did you get the same brand that made the mounts. Each company postions engines in at different angles that can affedt this.
