The cap and rotor are new? Make sure the rotor is on all the way and the screw is tight. U might have a messed up dizzy, but it sounds like a bad connection somewhere to me.

If it goes in and out with bumps, I would agree with it being electrical related somehow. Make sure your engine grounds are good too. I remember upgrading the ground on my 89 accord made the car run better.

I have gone over eveything twice now no bad grounds no loose wires my guess is the dizzy so im getting a new one in a couple days when i have some money again.
