Can anyone help me figure out what the ---- I'm going to do for a roll cage in a Del Sol? I'm pretty sure with the new motor I'm going to be breaking the 12 second barrier (yes, in Colorado 10000000 feet above sea level). And its going to be required I have a NHRA roll cage.

I have no idea what to do for one, do most of you create your own? HOw do you do it?

Another question, what size fuel injectors are recommended for 24 psi? 850cc?

 

Try swracecars.com and see if they can make you one. At least get the main hoop made. The rest can be added fairly easy. (All straight pieces)

 

Aye was just recommended to that place by a domestic guy. He says they do alot of customized work.

 

Around me its 11.99 that requires a roll cage and scattershield. You only need a SNELL approved helmet for 12's and 13's

 

yeah I just read the rules. You need good roll bar to, but these come factory with anti-roll bars don't they?

 

also you could try Art Morrison... i believe he has done one or two before.

I got myself some 780 ccs for a DSM (90-99) so it should work out well for me

 

Oh yeah and I found a guy locally who will do NHRA legal roll cages, well he basically refabricates your chasis for ya. and he does pretty cheap work from what I'm told.
