I don't plan on doing more than 10psi. I want to reach 300 on stock internals. I'll be more than happy with that. For a daily.

boost on 11:1? i know its possible, but not real easy.

Not saying what the guy did was right but a 400 dollar h22 what do you expect. If it was a business sure random dude he should be happy the head is good and it even started even with trashed bearings

Im also not a fan of turning cranks has in reality you can find a used crankshaft for cheaper than the machine work from someone like myself who has 2 of everything like Noah.

i dont know why anyone would say not to. stock cranks have no problems taking all of the HP thrown at them. the tiny bit of material you take off to make it smooth isnt going to weaken it any

They are not supposed to be turned ask your local honda mechanic. Turn it and enjoy trashed bearings.

So you really think those pistons are trashed? Got any spare USDM H22 pistons? How much? I'll probably pick up one of your throttle bodies too.

holy ---- that sux. Those bearing definately took a beating. At least the block is still good.

Why dont you just see if you can find some h23 pistons/rods and keep the compression down a little. just my opinion. That way you can just put it together without having to change the rods.
Those piston skirts do look a bit fucked...

don't know if u've seen this thread on HT....but it might help if u need it
