Default resleeving f22

Do i need to resleeve my f22 bock out of 91 accord when i build it and is the block closed deck.

I think it has cast iron cylinders? someone correct me if I'm wrong. If anything just do a piston swap for some better compression or turbo compatability.

it has really nie sleves stock, no need to mess with them. the f22 is like a 4G63T engine minus the Turbo w/ .2L more. bullet proof

i'm not trying to start an argument or anything, but if the F22 is so bulletproof why do i keep finding accords with f22's all stock (w/auto tranny no less) with rods hanging out the sides of the block? is there a problem with r/s ratio, oil delivery with high miles, or just a coincidence? i've been looking at building an F22 for an upcoming project and was starting to get a little worried after seeing these other cars.

just wondering, and would like some input from some of those with more f-series experience.
