Well since I couldnt put my turbo back on tonight I decided to put my "built" head back together. 3 angle valve job, milled, cleaned and polished. New guides, seals, the works. D15b7 head with an D16a6 cam, so, basically a D16a6 head. I put the valves back in with a $20 spring compressor a couple days ago. Put the cam and rockers on tonight, this is how far I got.

Got everything bolted down only to realize that my dizzy seal was missing. Got everything back apart only to realize there was no dizzy seal in my kit!! Another day then. I'll post pics of the other side when I get it finished.

 

I think I confused myself, is there a dizzy seal anyway, I can't remember if the dizzy has a rubber seal on it already and am too lazy to go take mine off and look.

No seal in the head per say. You took it apart for nothing. lol

I thought so, I woke up this morning and I was like, Wait, there is a seal on the dizzy. Oh well, the head isn't an urgent project, just something I was doing.
