Default quick advice on removing exhaust manifold

okay so feel free to laugh at me but I'm not a mechanic or anything... there is a '93 Civic CX at a junkyard near me and I am going tomorrow to get the exhaust manifold from it, but I want to make sure it won't be complicated. I have taken a heat shield off of once before, but not any exhaust bolts/nuts themselves. The ones on my Civic look different from normal nuts, so I was wondering if I need anything besides my ratchet and sockets. Maybe some stuff to lube them up? I'm just a squirrel tryin to get a nut....

well the ones on the head are 6pt 12mm bolts, think the bolts on the cat are 14mm. i would bring a 12 and 14mm ratchet/sockets, 12mm combo wrench, and a 3 inch extention for the ratchet. think that should cover it...

i usually take my whole tool box. sometimes the ---- is rusted on and only a breaker bar with a good hop will break it loose.

okay so I didn't get the manifold.... the guy wanted $50 for it, and it was definitely a you-pull-it style junkyard. I need to find a place with a lot more cars that won't try to get so much money out of each little thing... he wanted like $50 for a small audi IC that wasn't even in that great of shape! Shouldn't I expect to be paying around $20-$25 for a STD/HF/CX manifold?

I paid $40, but around here all junkyards think they have gold. Same guy wanted 300 for a blown Rhb5 turbo, I told him to shove it.

These guys over here are just ------- white trash, not to offend anyone, but anything from a domestic, dirt cheap, anything you want from an import is gold. $600 for an d16a6, 150 Si ecu, 150 dizzy, the only thing i got from them for a decent price was the Si IM just because the engine was blown, before that they had another one they would not sell to me because it was a good engine, and I paid $75 for it.
