PWO chart?

PWO chart?
i was wondering if anybody in here has the chart code for a PWO ecu because i looked at the 88-91 ecu codes for a civic and it doesn't have the number 2 code. it blinks two times slowly followed by 2 quick ones, and i can't find those on the regular chart, or does anybody know what that means? any answers will be appreciated thankz.
