I have 88 DX hatchback( 4 speed ) i converted to obd-1 with P08 Automatic ECU.

i can't get any signal from the ECU to the ICM ( ignitor ) only getting
1.15volts and it drops when i turn the starter over... does any one have a clue. Obviously its not enough to get the ignitor to fire the coil

im checking the ICM via Helms Manual to see if that is a concern
1 check power input BLK/YEL 12volts. ( ok)
2. WHT/BLU wire to body voltage checks out
3. check this same wire between the COIL and ICM ( 12volts) ok
4. YEL/GRN wire ( not good ) 1.15 volts ( this drops when i start the motor)
5. tach wire not ran i do not have TACH. ( YET ! )
according to the Helms it says to replace the ICM.. i ordered one yesterday will install tomarrow ( i don't like throwing parts at problems )
