Hey just a question....what is involved when polishing an engine part; chemicals, procedures, tools?? or should it be sent in somewhere? any help would be appreciated.

to polish you need a jewels stone

you will have to make all ports match, and you might want to mill the heads

Hondas only have one head :P..

I just scuffed and buffed mine with a dremel.I used 80 grit to get rid of castings and used 120 to clean it up.Then I finished it with 220 grit on the exhoust. On the intake side I did the same but only finished it with 120 grit.Ive read that you dont want the intake side to be polished. It needs to be kinda rough to create turbulance for good air/fuel mixture.
