Too much oil is alot worse than having low oil.

When the oil level is high, the crankshaft travels through the oil on its rotation, and froths it up bad. Once the oil starts to froth, it becomes hard for the pump to pick it up, and the oil thins right out and doesnt do a very good job :1

I think it actually sounds like a bad oil pump. I don't knwo exactly how the honda oiling system works, but spinning one bearing shouldn't totally kill the oil supply to the circuit that the, oil pressure sensor/turbo feed is

try taking off all the fittings in the back of the block and make sure nothing clogged them also, if some silicone/shrapnel/ reandom ---- got in there that would account for the oil light and nothing comming out of the oil feed line

removed oil pan and this is what i saw, i found alot of metal shavings , some as big as grits of sand. why would i have metal shavings? I just changed the oil 3 days ago before the oil light came on. There also is enough of the shaving to clogg pickup.

Guys he was running a lightened elcrapo ebay crank pulley. I'm almost positive this toasted his pump. Another friend of mine running a ctr pulley toasted 2 oil pump within two weeks on his boosted ls. After he put a stock pulley back on he had no problems. Also just last week another friend of mine with a newely boosted b17 running the ctr pulley had his oil light mysteriously cut on, but he luckily shut the car off right away so hopefully no damage occured.
