Default opinions on pulleys

i noticed ssauto crap has some aluminum pulleys and an adjustable cam gear for 180bucks!
I figure..it's just machined aluminum..so no welds to crack. Any one think this is a decent buy?

I've used a lightened pulley but not from SSauto. Worked great and never had any problems with them. It's one of those things that people will always disagree about. Just have to try it out for yourself.

I have used pullies to but after seein what happened to an accord motor with one I dont know what to say. In my honest opinion a factory one with the power units machined off and balanced is the way to go

Same ---- happened to me with a lightened pulley.
Chewed up all the mains and the rods were getting there.
Except mine took not even 2k miles
