opinions on pulleys
i noticed ssauto crap has some aluminum pulleys and an adjustable cam gear for 180bucks!
I figure..it's just machined aluminum..so no welds to crack. Any one think this is a decent buy? |
Re: opinions on pulleys
i wouldnt use the crank pulley

Re: opinions on pulleys
Look elsewhere. Those pullies are crap and use a very soft material

Re: opinions on pulleys
I've used a lightened pulley but not from SSauto. Worked great and never had any problems with them. It's one of those things that people will always disagree about. Just have to try it out for yourself.

Re: opinions on pulleys
I have used pullies to but after seein what happened to an accord motor with one I dont know what to say. In my honest opinion a factory one with the power units machined off and balanced is the way to go

Re: opinions on pulleys
this will proabably scare you away from using pullys for life
