Default One more question....plz help.

My friends saturn also makes a weird clicking sound after it has been fixed. his uncle thinks its a vacuum leak.

ideas?

Another thing is that it jumps when he starts to ease on the pedal but when he stomps it , it doesnt jump. the mechanic said that he thought it was a motor mount.

ideas?

the vacuum leak doesn't cause the clicking. we just fixed my brother's vacuum leak and all it did was made his car idle really high and shift all fucked up, but the vacuum line is fixed and this doesn't happen anymore

Maybe it's really a tapping noise...maybe those things called rocker arms? As for the "jumping", every saturn i know does it...they're known for having shitty motor mounts. I'd go ghetto style on dem bitches and fill em in with liquid nails J/K...whatever you do...don't use that crap mang I personally like to use the window ureathane from 3M.
