it all started yesterday when i changed my oil on my b16a1...drain the oil, remove the oil filter, put the oil drain plug back on, install new oil filter on, and filled it up with 4 1/2 quarts of oil. started the car for about 2 minutes and decided to look under the car just in case it was leaking and sure to found out it was leaking, "BADLY!" so of course i thought it was just the oil drain plug washer that was messed up, bought some new copper washer put it on, retighten it, turn the car back on and oil is still leaking. So maybe i didn't tighten the oil filter tight enough, so i tighten it even more, start up the car for about 5 seconds and oil was squirting everywhere under the intake manifold. i decided to take off my intake manfold just to see what might be wrong, but once i took it off everything still looks fine. i'm pretty sure it wasn't the oil filter, i'm guessing it's the stock oil catch can that is fucked up.. need help ASAP!!!!!!!

bad gasket or u dbl gasketed the oil filter, puill off the oil filter and check the gasket on it, then check the engine to see if its clean and that there isnt another gasket there

yep, the gasket on the old filter was stuck to the oil warmer, LOL, seen it happen a few times, LOL.
