Check the oil pressure. Go out and buy a oil pressure gauge. I have the d16a1 engine and i get like 30 to 40 on idle. Engine is rebuilt completely new water and oil pump, 76mm vitara pistons, eagle rods ported and polished. Don't put that sensor back use a t fitting on the block and put the turbo feed line and a oil pressure gauge.

If you have a gauge and a turbo, Get two different Ts one with 3 female ports and on with 2 female 1 male, screw them together with Teflon tape, and the screw in you oil pressure gauge, turbo feed, and oil pressure sensor. Don't screw all this ---- into the block though run a barb off the block up to the Ts. If you put them into the block, the vibration could snap them off.
