Okay, if there is oil on the plug - you've got problems and the problem isn't the spark plug itself.

You've got rings or valve seals going out, you'll probably start to notice your car blowing blue smoke out the exhaust.

did you get the head squared up (resurfaced, whatever anyone wants to call it) before you put the new HG on? because im assumeing you probably overheated a time or two with the old one if it was bad (most people do)
